With CinedomX, Cinedom Cologne takes its modernized Cinema 4 to the next level. State-of-the-art HDR-by-Barco projection, immersive 360° Dolby Atmos sound, Cologne’s largest screen, and selected films in premium 3D come together to create an experience that goes far beyond classic cinema technology.
Turning High-End Technology Into a Brand
VUCX created a distinctive brand name, a bold logo, and a clear communication concept for CinedomX.
The core idea: the “X” stands for the extra in the cinema experience—the plus you can see, hear, and feel.
Technical features became emotional promises:

Cinedom Cologne is a multiplex cinema with 14 theaters and a total of 3,511 seats, making it one of the largest cinemas in Germany. A staple of Cologne’s cultural and entertainment scene, it has offered a wide range of programming since 1991—from international blockbusters and arthouse films to events and special formats.
