For the European market, MAXXIS relies on a consistent digital brand presence that builds both reach and trust. Since 2025, VUCX has been responsible for setting up and managing MAXXIS Europe's official social media channels.
MAXXIS is a global leader in tire manufacturing, with products sold in over 180 countries. Founded in Taiwan in 1967, the company has established a strong international presence and has continuously grown its brand in Europe for more than 30 years.
The Task
Turning Brand Strategy into Everyday Presence
With its brand strategy and website, MAXXIS Europe had already established the strategic foundation for the European market. The next step was making that positioning visible and tangible on social media. VUCX took on the full channel setup across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, followed by long-term, ongoing management. At the same time, the technical groundwork had to be solid: cleanly configured Ads Managers and a working connection to MAXXIS Europe's server-side tracking.
VUCX structured the project into two phases: a one-time strategic setup and a monthly management model for ongoing operations, consistent with the existing brand strategy.
The Execution
Strategic Setup
At the outset, VUCX clarified roles, responsibilities, and communication workflows internally and defined concrete KPIs to measure success. A concise competitive review surfaced relevant best practices for the European market and laid the groundwork for two distinct visual design directions, covering different content formats: single images, carousels, reels, and stories.
Channel Setup and Technical Foundation
VUCX set up profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn and configured YouTube for Shorts distribution, including profile copy and imagery aligned with the chosen design direction. VUCX also built the Ads Managers for the relevant platforms and connected them to MAXXIS Europe's server-side tracking. A compact style guide translated the brand identity into clear guidelines for tone and communication.
Ongoing Management: Content, Community, and Performance
As part of ongoing management, VUCX develops a monthly editorial plan aligned with MAXXIS Europe's core product areas (automotive, bike, and motorcycle), seasonal themes, and current marketing activities. Existing imagery and video footage from the international MAXXIS library and partner sources is selected, adapted, and tailored for each channel.
Community management and channel upkeep are part of the ongoing scope as well. Regular alignment on current topics and product launches, along with compact reporting on reach, engagement, and follower growth, supports the continuous development of the social media activities.
Consistent project management keeps every piece, from editorial planning to reporting, working together seamlessly.
